PET infrared crystallization dryer, plastic flake dryer
Infrared crystallizer/ dryer can replace traditional molecular sieve and honeycomb dehumidifification crystal drying system. It can be widely used in dehumidifying and crystal drying of PET/PLA/TPU and other materials. It is suitable for thermoforming fifilm, sheet production, packing belt production, etc. It reduce moisture from over 3500 ppm to less than 50 ppm in about an hour, compared to 5-6 hours for conventional systems.

Infrared drying technology offers the ability to dry and crystallize materials in minutes, compared to hours with conventional drying equipment which reduces change over times significantly and reduces energy consumption at almost 45-50%, Also Infrared drying technology changes in moisture at beginning will dry pellets gently to a uniform degree within minutes, the final moisture can be 30-50ppm.
